Mr. Spector has over 40 years experience in the banking, finance and venture capital industries.
He founded several finance and leasing companies and served as Chairman/CEO of two banks. Mr. Spector has been the CEO of several public companies, has served as the Managing Director of TL Ventures, then Philadelphia’s largest venture firm and was the Founder/Managing Director of Safeguard International, a private equity fund.
