Bruce is the former Canadian President and COO of Element Financial Corp. Prior to joining Element, from 2006-2011, Bruce served as the MD & SVP of Vendor Finance at CIT Financial. Prior, he held several Senior Management positions at Newcourt Credit Group, and also served as President & GM of Dell Financial Services in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario since 1985.
