Paul has 20 years of experience as principal investor, merchant banking, mergers and acquisition executive, and financier.
He also specializes in legal and strategic advisory to family investors, boards and owners of growth companies in various sectors, as well as to fund management companies. He has a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, Toronto and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
